Australian High Commissioner calls on PM

ISLAMABAD ( 2009-04-02 15:14:29 ) :Australian High Commissioner in Pakistan Zorica McCarthy on Thursday called on Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani here at the PM House.

The prime minister welcomed the Australian offer of working on the soft projects in Fata as well as their interest for possible support in education, health and agriculture sectors in the country.

Zorica McCarthy while appreciating the role of Pakistan in combating terrorism extended Australian government's full support to confront the challenges effectively.
